He has provided technical support and analysis for the Sudanese Organization for Research and Development and the Animal Resources Research Corporation, using tools such as Oracle SQL and SPSS.
With a background in law enforcement and forensic science, his work focuses on migration management, security sector reform, and human trafficking. He has completed consultancy projects for the British Council, IOM, and GIZ, contributing to policy recommendations and investigations across Sudan.
With over eight years of experience in donor-funded programme management across migration, governance, and anti-corruption work in Sudan and East Africa, her work has included managing budgets exceeding €700,000 across government, civil society, and international partners. She has combined embedded staff and consultancy roles with organisations including British Council, CIPE, and Global Partners Governance.
With over 22 years of experience in conflict-sensitive development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian emergency response, his work spans child protection, human rights, and women’s empowerment. He has held senior consulting roles with UNICEF and the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, contributing to child protection action plans and political dialogue processes across Sudan and the wider region.
A specialist in Sudan and the wider region, his work spans gold mining, urban land dynamics, and socio-economic change. He currently leads the transdisciplinary working group “Plants and Politics” at Leipzig University, and has held research and teaching positions at the University of Halle and Ahfad University for Women.
With over 23 years of experience in project management and economic and fiscal policy, his work spans infrastructure, health, and education financing across Sudan. He has held senior roles at the Ministry of Finance and Sudan Financial Services Company, contributing to public debt management and the development of Islamic finance instruments such as Sukuk.
With over 25 years of experience in financial and debt management, his work spans Islamic finance, capital markets, and fiscal risk management. He has worked closely with Sudan’s Ministry of Finance, contributing to the design of debt sustainability strategies and the management of public debt portfolios.
